Terms of Service

a) Scope

For purposes of these Terms, "Prohibited Content" means any image, prompt, text, or other material that:

• is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended to arouse sexual interest ("NSFW" content);
• depicts, glorifies, or encourages violence, self-harm, or the use of firearms, explosives, or other weapons;
• is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise violates the rights of any person; or
• is illegal or otherwise deemed inappropriate in the sole discretion of FuturMotion.

b) User Obligations

You agree not to upload, generate, request, or distribute Prohibited Content through the Service. You further agree not to attempt to evade these restrictions (e.g., by misspelling or using coded language).

c) Enforcement

FuturMotion reserves the right—without prior notice—to remove any Prohibited Content and/or disable any feature that facilitates its creation or distribution.

d) Account Suspension

• Repeated or egregious violations will result in irreversible suspension or termination of your account and immediate loss of access to the Service. No refunds or credits will be issued for any fees already paid.
• First-time or incidental violations may result in a warning or temporary suspension, at FuturMotion's sole discretion.

e) Reporting

To report suspected Prohibited Content, please contact [email protected] with a description and, if possible, a link or screenshot.

a) Default Public Setting

Any videos or other media you generate through the Service are public by default and may be showcased on FuturMotion's "Explore" page or similar public galleries.

b) Opt-Out via Settings

If you prefer to keep your creations private and exclude them from public display, you must enable the "Private" (or similarly labeled) toggle in your account settings before — or immediately after — uploading or generating the content.

c) Effect of Privacy Toggle

• When the toggle is ON, your content will be hidden from public listings and visible only to you (and anyone you explicitly share a direct link with, if that feature is available).
• When the toggle is OFF, you grant FuturMotion the right to publicly display, feature, and promote the content as part of the Service's social and discovery features.

d) Changes After Publication

Switching an item from public to private (or vice-versa) updates its visibility prospectively; cached or shared copies outside our Service may persist.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for checking and managing your visibility settings. FuturMotion is not liable for any unintended exposure resulting from your failure to activate the privacy toggle or from third-party sharing once content is public.

If a user believes their account has been misused or accessed without their consent, they are responsible for canceling the subscription via their account or contacting us immediately, especially if they no longer have access. If we do not receive such a request, the subscription will remain active under the user's account, and billing will continue as scheduled. Once a valid refund or cancellation request is received, we will review it and, if approved, process the refund within 10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
